Bookings are confirmed with a 40% deposit. Massage appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Customer cancellations, late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Gift Vouchers and Couples Massage purchases are valid for one month from the selected date. Our team will be happy to assist you in scheduling your visit.

Customers who arrive intoxicated will not be provided with massage services, and payments made will not be refunded.
