Online Booking Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 12 hours prior to their scheduled session.     Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy: If a customer does not show up for their appointment, no refund will be issued.

3. Intoxication Policy: Customers who arrive intoxicated will not be offered massage services, and no refund will be provided for their booking.
