These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and purchases made with Orchid Thai Massage through our website, online booking system, telephone, messaging services or directly at our premises.

By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the conditions applicable to the service purchased.

1. Booking and Deposit

A booking is confirmed only after the required 40% deposit has been successfully paid and a booking confirmation has been issued.

The remaining balance for a massage treatment may be paid before the appointment or immediately after the treatment.

For Training Workshops, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled workshop begins.

Prices, treatment durations and workshop fees are those displayed at the time of booking.

2. Massage Treatment Bookings

Customers should arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time where extending the appointment would affect the next customer.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to request cancellation or rescheduling of a massage appointment.

Customer cancellations are non-refundable, including the deposit and any additional amount already paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Requests to reschedule received at least 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as failure to attend, may result in the full amount already paid being retained.

3. Couples Massage Bookings

Couples Massage purchases remain valid for one month from the selected date.

The selected date and time are treated as the customer’s preferred choice. Our team will assist in arranging the visit according to availability.

Customers are responsible for contacting Orchid Thai Massage and arranging their visit within the one-month validity period.

Couples Massage purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Any request for an extension must be made no later than seven calendar days after the validity period has expired. Extensions are entirely at the discretion of Orchid Thai Massage and are not guaranteed.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers remain valid for one month from the selected date.

The recipient must contact Orchid Thai Massage and arrange the treatment within the stated validity period. Appointments remain subject to availability.

Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Any request for an extension must be made no later than seven calendar days after the voucher has expired. Any extension is entirely at the discretion of Orchid Thai Massage and is not guaranteed.

Lost, deleted or incorrectly supplied voucher information should be reported to Orchid Thai Massage as soon as possible.

5. Training Workshops

Orchid Thai Massage offers:

Basic Workshops
Duration: 4 hours
Fee: €1,000 per student

Advanced Workshops
Duration: 8 hours
Fee: €2,000 per student

Each student is assigned one dedicated trainer. A maximum of three students may attend the same workshop, with one trainer assigned to every participating student.

A 40% deposit is required to confirm a workshop booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the workshop begins.

A minimum of 10 calendar days’ notice is required to request rescheduling of a workshop.

Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and confirmation by Orchid Thai Massage. A workshop is not considered rescheduled until the new date has been confirmed by our team.

Customer cancellations are non-refundable, including the deposit and any additional amounts already paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Rescheduling requests received less than 10 calendar days before the workshop, late arrival, or failure to attend may result in the full amount paid being retained.

Workshop participants must follow the trainer’s hygiene, safety, conduct and participation instructions. Orchid Thai Massage may stop or modify any practical activity where there is a safety concern.

Students must disclose any injury, physical limitation, allergy or health condition that may affect safe participation before the workshop begins.

Workshop certificates confirm the training attended or completed. They do not constitute a medical, physiotherapy or healthcare qualification, government licence, university qualification or guarantee of professional competence.

6. Health, Safety and Treatment Suitability

Customers and workshop participants must provide accurate information about injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, medical conditions or other matters that could affect the safe delivery of a treatment or practical training.

Orchid Thai Massage and its trainers or therapists may adjust, postpone, refuse or stop a treatment or workshop activity where they reasonably consider it unsafe or unsuitable.

Massage treatments and workshops do not replace medical diagnosis, medical care, physiotherapy or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

7. Cancellations by Orchid Thai Massage

Where Orchid Thai Massage must cancel an appointment or workshop, the customer will be offered a suitable alternative date.

Where an alternative cannot be agreed, amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.

Orchid Thai Massage is not responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation, loss of income or other arrangements made by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights available under Cyprus or European Union law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal or refund applies, the customer may exercise that right within the legally applicable period by contacting Orchid Thai Massage in writing.

Where legally permitted exceptions apply, including certain services reserved for a specific date or period, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply.
